Lynette is an accomplished professional with 12 years of experience devising recruitment and talent acquisition strategy planning and implementation in line with recruiting campaigns. She brings expertise in identifying and screening candidates, along with the development of corporate policies for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing. Lynette is skilled in liaising with legal personnel to ensure employment law compliance.
Holding a BA in Health and Hospital Administration from Augustana University, Lynette discovered early in her career a passion for employee relations and recruitment. Lynette is very familiar with the hospitality industry having started her hotel HR career with The Summit Group, Inc. in 2008 before transitioning to the Corporate Talent Acquisition team for Interstate Hotels & Resorts in 2011. Lynette will be spearheading the building of the Human Resources foundation of the company.
